This week, eagle-eyed officers at a checkpoint at BWI Airport were able to identify a stun gun that was posing as what appeared to be a smart phone.
The weapon masquerading as an iPhone contained “stunning prongs” at the end of it, which were specifically placed surrounded by a case.
TSA officials made note after the “good catch” that stun guns and taser-like weapons are not permitted on planes and can only be brought on a flight in a checked bag, not a carry-on.
